A few weeks ago we wandered down to the zoo to see the new Penguins. It was a Monday at 11:00 in the morning so we thought that it was not going to be too busy. Turns out everyone thought the same thing because we had to wait in line for almost an hour just to see them for 15 minutes. It was freezing and we underestimated the weather so none of us were dressed appropriately.
They were a hit, Kaiya loved them and Elodie watched them intently as they swam. The exhibit isn't very large and the penguins are very loud and smelly but they are all Kaiya can talk about, it is super cute and well worth the wait. We will be going back very soon.
