We headed over to Blair's parents for a BBQ on Saturday evening. He worked till 5 so we didn't end up getting there till about 6. Babe did awesome though, eating as soon as we got there, played int he sand/water table (which she was obsessed with, at one point she had been standing at it for so long that her little legs started to shake) and then to bed at about 8 in her Uncle Marcus' room. It was a lot of fun. I made cupcakes, bright pink ones.
Then off to the amusement park the next day. It was HOT. I was melting, but it was so nice to actually feel the sun again. We went on a few rides which I think that Kaiya liked since there weren't any tears and then home ward bound. We stopped at my Mom's afterwards for a pool party She was so tired since she had only gotten about a 30 minute nap in the car on the way home that as soon as her little toes touched the cold water she started to cry. So she played outside of the pool and me and Carson played in. I can't wait to try again on a day where she isn't exhausted.
