I have 1 month to lose 10 pounds. I have enrolled Kaiya into swimming lessons that start at the beginning of March. I love swimming. I am so excited to get back into the pool with my little girl but I am so scared to put my bathing suit back on. Unfortunately the weight did not fall off like it did last time so I have a bit of a belly. Actually I still look some what pregnant. So here's hoping that I can lose the last 10 pounds. Any tips?
Too bad kickboxing doesn't start at the beginning of February eh! I'd like to lose a good 10 too... But actually, you could try the 30 Day Shred. It's tough!
