I don't know how SAHMs do it?!

Fo those who don't know SAHM= Stay at home mom.

My hubby works 3 Saturdays on, 3 Saturdays off in his work rotation. When I am at home with babe alone on his 3 Saturdays on, I find that by the afternoon Kaiya and I are sitting on the floor staring at each other with that bored look on our faces that says "what now?"

How do you SAHM's keep your children entertained? Maybe it's the phase that Kaiya is at (can't do crafts, can't sit still, needs to go, go, go, can't play with dolls or Legos and all her toys are boring now) but I just know that all her temper tantrums at home (and there are lots) are due mostly to the fact that she is just plain bored. I would love to take her outside but it's -30 Celsius right now. I begin to go crazy after a day, I can't imagine how hard it must be to be a SAHM.
