Last night Blair and I took a much needed break from being parents and went to the movie Avatar. It was a pretty good movie, a little cheese ball (well actually really cheese ball) but the special effects were awesome. We went with Blair's brother and his wonderful girlfriend. Apparently everyone thinks we are so much a like and the more I get to know her the more I agree. I would like to think that as the years go on (since I think this is the "one" for his little brother) we will become very close and have some great times. I am so excited to have someone on Blair's side of the family that I can talk to and relate with!
We had such a good time last night, and when we picked Kaiya up at Grandma's house afterwards she had so much to say, she would not stop talking. So I am guessing that she had a good time too. Hopefully soon we can do that again.
